Sounds fishy, to me. Why? Someone was killed in TEHRAN? By ISRAEL? And Iran does nothing about it? Okay, they haven't taken action against the assassination of Qassem Soleimani in Bagdad, but that was done in Iraq on Iraqi soil. But an assassination in Tehran, on Iranian soil? By ISRAEL? Yeah... no. Not buying. Not buying that the person was killed at the behest of the U.S., either. Though enemies at one time, Isis and Al-Qaeda eventually began working together. And Iran is pro-Syria and so anti-Isis. And, per US Intelligence, Pompeo's assertions are entirely false (

Okay, yeah, but Iran's denial isn't enough to convince me they're not culpable. What DOES convince me is this (from the article):

Unfortunately, there are humans who, like those who scream and rip their hair out at the term "socialism" without bothering to research what it means (they assume it means governments like Russia, China, Cuba, Vietnam, North Korea, etc., where the government controls everyone and everything... vs. REAL socialist countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden, etc., where EVERYONE lives well! I digress.)... who will gulp down the farce of an Iranian-Al Qaeda partnership without out at least researching the history (if not outright remembering it).
I don't share these perceptions to entice ANYONE to get involved in this world's politics or to take sides. I share it so that WE stay within the TRUTH and not let the world's propaganda (and especially that of a certain country most of us reside in) sway us to look in the wrong direction - away from truth and so risk looking away from Christ - so as to lull us to sleep. Because if so, we could possible miss what this next part might usher in:

I don't think Iran is "our" enemy, per se, dear ones. Yes, as Muslims they very well may want to put us on Islamic Sharia law... maybe. But they are no more... and no less... our enemy than all of the
other players. Trust me: when it all comes down, that we are "Americans," or "Canadians," or "British," or whatever, isn't going to matter ONE whit. To ANY of these.
And, sadly, do NOT be fooled: it isn't going to matter either that we are christians... to any of
this world's (so-called) "christians." Indeed, brother... will deliver up brother.
So, while the politics are not our concerns, what political entities (governments) and their proponents "do" is of some interest in helping us discern where we might be in the stream of time.
BTW - Now isn't the time to be asking questions. That time has passed. Now... is the time to being putting into practice the Master's words as to "all the things I told you." We can look for signs and worry about dates and times, etc., but none of that will matter. Because the coming is "as a thief" and so we will not know "when." All we can do is stay awake... and DO the things he told us... while we wait for him.
May the undeserved kindness and mercy of our God and Father, JAH, Who Breathes, and the love and mercy of His Son and King, our dear, dear Lord, JAH'ESHUA, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, be upon you ALL and upon your dear households... to time indefinite.
