Hi, I'm Marjorie. I saw your link at JWN, and came to check you guys out.

XJWs for Christ; not an easy hat to wear these days...but it is truly my preference to wear it.

I count myself lucky that I was able to escape the Society alive; others that I knew were so not fortunate.

I'm glad that this forum exists. Leaving the False Prophet that is the WTS can be brutal. Communicating with one another will help ease the pain.

As you peruse the board you might come to understand this statement even better, if you don't already. We try to do the best we can (and so, hopefully, you will give us the benefit of the doubt)... to show that Christ... Who is God's ONLY Truth and Word (John 1:1, 14; 14:6; 17:17; Hebrews 13:12; Revelation 19:13)... and what HE said/says... is truly OUR greatest concern, here. And not what man says (or wishes for God's sheep). This isn't always [fully] understood... or accepted... unfortunately, but we do the best we can with what is given US. A review of the forum purpose post might help you understand what I mean.

We are here for ANY who are seeking a place... even a refuge... to share as to Christ, Who and What he is, our relationship with him, and what is received from HIM... as well as to things relating to news, science, our lives, fun, etc. In that light (Christ - John 8:12)... and the light of just having some folks to talk about "stuff" with (LOLOL!)... we welcome you and hope your visits are enjoyable!

I have officially been out of the WTS for six years; unofficially, its been a lot longer. When I left, I told an especially kind elder that I could no longer stay in the WTS; he of course asked me "whom shall you go away to", and I answered, to Christ. For some reason the elder became uncharacteristically upset at my response. At the time, I wondered why the elder's reaction was so overblown, but now in hindsight I realize that the poor man was under the most unwholesome influence. Not just mind control which the WTS does practice, but an influence that is absolutely Satanic in nature.

Yes, I'm saying it: the Watch Tower Society is diabolical.

I have never seen a belief system that so utterly twists and corrupts Christianity as the WTS. It's ironic that the Society puts on the pretense of avoiding the demonic, when it itself was derived from a 19th Century perversion of the Word of God. The members of the WTS cannot see that they are surrounded by the diabolic. And it doesn't stop there - they practice it.

When I left the org, I didn't know the history of it. I just knew that something was horribly wrong about it, and I had to leave now.

Our Lord IS calling His people out of 'her'. Sounds as though you heard Him.

He reminds me also of His words here:

Yes, it is a shame that saying this should be so foreign to them. But it is truly another reason why they have made themselves an anti-CHRIST. As well as the fact they deny him and the invitation every memorial year that passes by. They pass over life by means of him by passing over his body and his blood that he gave on behalf of us ALL not just 144,000.

It is, indeed, dear Marjorie (mornin' and peace to you!)... as out of ALL of "christendom"... and they are certainly a part of her, make NO mistake... they are the ONLY ones who "shut up the kingdom of the heavens" by teaching AGAINST the very words of Christ himself, who said that ANYONE may eat of his flesh and drink his blood, that ANYONE who did would be resurrected by him and live forever, and that UNLESS one did so, they had NO life within themselves (contrary to what the WTBTS specifically teaches)!! For this reason... and many others, they are as dear 'Mom (peace, luv!) stated: an ANTI-Christ.

We're VERY glad , then, that you've been given eyes to SEE that they ARE diabolical... a product of the Adversary himself... as well as ears to hear the call dear tec (peace, luv!) mentioned... for God's people to "Get OUT of her!" And, as dear 'Mom invited, may you also be given ears to hear when the Spirit... who is Christ, the HOLY One of Israel and Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:17), the One who came and will come again in the name of the JAH, the MOST Holy One of Israel (Psalm 68:4)... JAHESHUA (pronounced "Yah eShua" or "Yoshua/Joshua")... he, the Chosen One of JAH (MischaJah)... along with his Bride... says to YOU:

"Come! Take 'life's water'... the holy spirit of God, which spirit/water is poured out from the innermost parts of that HOLY One and Holy Spirit (John 7:37-39; Revelation 22:17... FREE!"

You are quite correct, Tec. As soon as I mentioned the name of Christ, it was as if someone flipped a switch and the elder immediately went into Mr. Hyde mode! And because of this lie, JWs are actively persecuting Christians.



I, too, believe this is true.





Justmom and AGuest: We are in agreement. I wonder though, how many non-JWs have used the name "antichrist" when voicing their objections about the WTS? I don't think the importance of using the description "antichrist" can be overestimated.

Yeah, that's the verbatim conversation. I sort of wish I recorded the call. People who have never been JWs have no idea what a person has to deal with in order to leave the WTS. I left pretty much unscathed; others have lost their entire families or committed suicide, losing their lives.
