JAMESTHOMAS SAID Hi all. I was raised as a JW by loving parents who sincerely believed they were doing the best thing. Baptized in my late twenties, and df'd in my early thirties for - surprisingly - not being able to pray to Jehovah, during a meeting with the elders. My heart would no longer allow me to worship a tiny Biblical concept of a god. My sense of God, now, is that which is infinite and resides in every atom of the "material" world and fills all space in-between. I put material in quotes, as I'm not so sure there is one...as crazy as that may sound. That said, I was invited here by dear Shelby (Aguest), and promised her I would sign up. Hope all is well with every one. j |
