Okay, so this is not going to be perfect, but I can add a lot of smilies here for us to have access to at least, until the forum owners help me fix what I did to our poor smilie area, lol.

So, you right click on a smilie, then copy the image address, then paste it where you want it in the reply box, highlight it, and hit the "Img" icon.

That is how I have to do it on my mac, but if you have an easier way to do it then great.

The drawback, is that you don't have access to this thread in conjunction with your other threads. You would have to go back in and add the smilie that you want. So I think this is only helpful if you want to use a smilie to respond, because that smilie perfectly reflects your tone, lol. Its actually easier copying from another forum, because you don't have to lose your place when replying on this forum.

Hmm... maybe I did not think this one through, lol.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Yeah, I'm gonna keep adding to it. The difficulty just comes in adding smilies into posts on other threads. You can't have a reply box open on one thread, while browsing this smilie thread. Is that right? So you have to have your smilie copied and ready to add... or you have to just go back in and add them where you want them.

Definitely not as good as the smilie access thingie, but better than nothing ; )

OOOOOOOhh! And I think you can accomplish what you want by opening TWO browser windows... yes? Maybe. I do that, from time to time, when I want to read/take something from one thread for purposes of another...

Yes, that does work. I don't have two browsers, so it doesn't work for me. But as long as you can do that, then that will work!
