Good Morning, its a gorgeous gorgeous day here today, nothing much going on here except I am having company coming tomorrow and staying overnight so we will be trying to tidy up here a bit and I will have to cook tomorrow.
I am just going to veg out today and do nothing.

It is cooler here last couple days, and the days are getting shorter.

Cutest thing seeing all these little kids walking around with backpacks as big as some of them!
Excited to show off their new hair cuts and tennis.

Morning, it is another beautiful day here by the lake. I had my first overnight guest here this weekend, he just got out of bed now.
We had a lovely dinner last night out on the back deck under the stars and big moon. He is a wine connoisseur so we had 4 different kinds last night. Not up to that much wine anymore, woke up with a headache.
We are now going out on the deck for breakfast of fruit, muffins, yogurt and coffee. Then we will go for a little walk around the neighborhood.

My guest has just left, he is headed back to Toronto. We went for a nice walk around the neighborhood, met some neighbors. The dog met other dogs, one a nasty thing that tried to bite him but a nice lady gave him a cookie later. Now the dog and John are exhausted and laying down watching tv. I am out on the back deck reading my headache is gone. We had margaritas before the wine so that's probably what caused the headache, I haven't had one in over a year. It is a tradition that we always have margaritas (2 each)when my friend visits, we listen to Jimmy Buffet while drinking lol.

He gave me a huge official Margaritaville margarita maker blender for my birthday a few years ago so I hauled that out for the occasion. It also makes great smoothies.

I am getting school supplies and clothes for the boys today. I'm actually doing it a week ahead of time instead of a day or two before, so I am excited, lol.
