As far as the MRI I have to schedule an appt for that and it takes months, I want one because I want to know what is going on with my MS, last time (5 years ago) nothing showed up but they wtill diagnosed me with MS as it presented that way.

I wanted a catscan for my back pain and to see why the pain is so bad and I haven't had one of those for 8 years, so the doctor said I was to get a Xray first and then he can schedule a catscan which you need to make an appt for. Xrays I can just walk in and get on the spot.
I have begging this doctor to send me to a back specialist because I think most of my problem is my back issues which are arthritis, disc degeneration and spinal stenosis but he said no one will deal with me because of the MS. Now yesterday he said he would send me to a back specialist if the results of the xray said I needed one. He didn't remember saying he wouldn't send me to a specialist before and he denied it. Doctors are a pain and so arrogant but I am happy I am getting some action finally.
I swear that I my spinal stenosis is causing the problerms but doctors said no 6 years ago but now the inflamation is a lot worse with my arthritis so I think it is making the opening to me my spine which is already narrow swollen up and squeezing. If that is the case then I can have surgery to fix it. I am not going to get my hopes up but finally after 5 years I might get some help.

Loz, congrats on the job and car! Hope it all goes smoothly.

Zoe, I'm so happy to hear you're going to have those tests; no matter how it turns out, you're DOING something. 'She did what she could'.

Yes, MA'AM, dear Loz, chile' (piece!)... ah dun sed DANSIN', guhl!

The place where we go is awesome! It opens at 6pm and for the price of $18/person, you get a FULL buffet (really good food, too!) from 7pm to 8pm... and then the musik starts! And they play the GOOD stuff for the first couple/few hours so there are mostly people there our age to start (they play the more... mmmmmm... "modern" eye-ee "funkier/rappy" stuff after 10pm... when the young'uns start to arrive, so by that time, we're done and on our way out... home in bed by 'leven!)

It's GREAT fun... and I have a wonderful SIL (Shellama waves at dear SIL - peace, m'luv!)... who is THE "Dancing Queen", lemme TELL you! And she has an identical twin who dances JUST like her! They are THE cutest two little doll babies ('cause they're tiny ladies!) you've ever seen and can cut a rug like nobuddy's bizness!! At her daughter's recent wedding (no, not the one we just attended - that was a nephew's; yeah, hubby has a very large family - LOL!)... they both wore these beautiful matching dark blue Chinese-style silk dresses... and whenever I danced with them, I kept thinking, "We are Siamese, if you please"... 'cause they look identical and both move SO well - LOLOLOL!

Ahh, me! Can you tell, dear Loz, that I am giddy with excitement?? LOL! I always get this way when the Hubster's gonna take me dancin'! And yep, HE dances, too... almost the entire time! I am hoping, JAH willing and our dear Lord not returning yet... that we will be dancing together well into our 80's ('cause I once saw a couple dancin' the "Swing" at that age at a ballroom dance venue - they danced SO well you knew they had been doing it together for a long, long time. Maybe 60 years or more! Was THE sweetest thing to see!).

Anyway, I will think of you, luv... when I do the first "Cha-Cha"! LOLOL!

Peace!

Shellamar... on her own...

LOLOLOL! Actually, I always had to rest up, dear Miz Shirl (peace, luv!)! Even when I was 15!! LOLOL! I was the one in the group that, if we weren't AT the skating rink/club by 9-10pm... I either stayed at someone's mama's house fast asleep on the sofa... or in the car! LOLOLOLOL! Which was a LOT of times, as sometimes my girlfriends didn't even start getting ready TO go out until that time!

I am NOT a nightowl... by ANY stretch! Which is why I love this place: 10pm... and I'm ret' ta' go! LOLOL!

Peace, chile'!

Shellama... gearin' up to shake her tail feathers... for a minute or two...

Busy morning here with lots of family round for bacon and egg rolls and coffee. Then some stayed on to watch the football game so it got pretty noisy! Lovely sunny afternoon here though. Hope everyone's had/having a good weekend? And Shelby's feet aren't too sore!

Loz x

Hope you had a great night out Shelby. We have gotten to a late start this morning, since all the boys stayed up until 1am, while I was at work. (no, I am not surprised that they WOULD stay up, lol... only that they made it that long from all our animethon walking)

I will be out the rest of the day though, once all of them get up and we get moving. Unless they decide they've had enough. They seemed iffy on it last night.

Hope you have a great day just watching football (which would be our soccer, right?) Loz. I love lazy Sundays watching football. (our football, lol... which starts up in about a month)

Peace,
tammy

Yes it's soccer Tammy. It was a special game but our season proper doesn't start til next month either. I don't know what an animethon is, but I hope you and the family enjoy it!

LOL... I just got the official... 'meh' from my oldest in bed still about going back today, so I've got at least the morning to drink tea and talk with you all, and relax. Something I need after a Saturday night at work anyway, lol.

Zoe, my parents were supposed to go to Vegas this past week, but it got put off until October. My mom loves Star Trek, so I'm not going to tell her about that ; )

My sister and I are just starting to plan our costumes for comic con this year, which just happens to land on my birthday. g:)

Loz, animethon is like a comic con but for anime. So all the anime cartoons (things like Pokemon, Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda... and then the darker cartoons/comics; and video games like Street Fighter... and also minecraft; and larping communities (live action role playing - you know those people who dress up as fantasy characters and act out as those characters all weekend in a tournament/game?). Animethon also has costume/talent contests too, which is probably the biggest event.

Peace!!
