OH Loz that is heartbreaking, I am so sorry you lost her. She wasn't really very old. My doggy is 9 and I couldn't imagine life without him but its a sad fact that they aren't with us as long as people are. (((HUGS)))

My daughter Kristen and her boys last night all ready for Halloween. Three months after her tragedy losing her husband she is starting to thrive again.

Raises hand...

I'm here and present, dear Wheels (peace to you ALL!). I am out of town right now; work-related business trip to Wash. DC. Been here since Tuesday night and leave tomorrow (son and GF came down from NYC where he's been visiting with her; cousin's son lives here in DC; cousin and other cousin driving down from NYC, should be here shortly). So, I've been in a training most of the week.

I am also "suffering" (and I do NOT mean the word lightly - had two kids and that pain was nothing compared to this!) from a fractured tooth (clenched my teeth during a dream (and not even a bad one!) and cracked it JUST before I was to take this trip, so have to wait until next week to get fixed. In the meantime, on some heavy meds and so in and out (barely made it through training!). Have gone straight to bed every chance I've had this week as a result, so haven't been on much (checked in from time to time. I don't grind my teeth but something in the dream - not even a bad dream, either! - made me clench. The "crack" literally woke me up!).

On another note, just an FYI for everyone - our dear Sher'f's okay (peace, luv!), but handling some personal "stuff" right now and so had to take a break. He'll be back soon.

Looking forward to getting back in the groove and hearing what dear Wheels has to share.

Peace to you all!

YSSFS of Christ,

Shel

Also am here, Wheels!

Oh, Shelby, ouch. Sorry about that tooth. I can't believe you're making it through training. Get in soon and get that taken care of!

Peace and love to you all,
your servant and sister, and fellow slave of Christ,
tammy

cool! my niece is in DC too as just a tourist
probably walked right by each other LOL

ouch! you're a tough one there enduring the tooth

thanks everybody!
i am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
relieved
to see you are all still
wielding sharp swords

i'm launching my own "nukes"
as Condoleeza Rice once described
certain propoganda techniques

they've been several years in the making
but if they actually work
then i wasn't crazy,
they really were
at God's direction
and by God's design

had i gone through my Hollywood friends
each nuke would have cost me
almost one million dollars apiece
in production man hours alone,
but found indie shortcuts
and high end open source software

so very long in the waiting,
years,
and launch date is finally coming up,
fast

may God go with you all

Peace to you Leaving!

I too am here every day, and it is good to hear from you. I know that I love learning something more from my Lord, and I expect others do the same.

That being said (and I am sure you know this, dear Leaving, but it must be said for the sake of truth, and sometimes we do need the reminder), this is a place we can share as we hear, in order to help build one another UP in Christ, true. But if we are thirsting and hungering - for something new or more or anything at all - then Christ Jaheshua is the One we must look and listen TO.

Not this place, nor any of us here, but Christ, Himself.

May anyone who wishes and anyone who thirsts and anyone who seeks, "Come! Take the free gift of the water of Life!" May you be given ears to hear, if you wish them, so as to hear both the Spirit and the Bride say to you, "Come!"

Peace and love to you all, as my Lord gives these things,
your sister and your servant, and a fellow slave of Christ,
tammy

Oh, I should have qualified... I meant new topics, not necessarily new insights. :D
Could be anything from a new question to someone posting grandma's awesome pumpkin pie recipe. :)

I may not share in each topic, but I do read them. Sometimes I just like observing.

I just thought it's been super quiet here lately and was just waving hello.

Okay : )

But I'm glad you said it as you did anyway, because it provided me an opportunity to be able to speak as the Spirit directed, to whomever needed to hear it.

It has been quiet around here, and so here is me waving hello back to you!

*waves*

Peace to you Leaving!
your servant and sister, and a slave of Christ,
tammy

(edited to give credit to my Lord for directing me to speak as I was given)
