Mornin' zoe,

It appears there is a Reason Why he 'got to them' before you did. You may never Know that Reason. Yet, you do believe there are Reasons for everything, not coincidence, yes?

It pleases me to Know though, that he isn't a coddler, of sorts. HE needed to Do this, for himSELF. It appears he did for other reasons, yet on a deeper level, his Reason was entirely for himSELF.

Some do not approach or deal with these people the way others CHOOSE to. Remember, it is a choice how we interACT with others. And it most always has to do with how that person or group of persons interACTED with us, in our life, in some degree. And some of just don't see the NEED to pussyfoot around with these grown adults.

He may your husband, but he is an individual first. He is unto himSELF first and foremost.

Please tell him sKally is pleased in his Service to HIS community. g:) Please.

Lol Skally, he was very pleased with himself at how he handled the Jehovah's Witness. He thought I would be impressed by his using and knowing their JW "talk" by saying now my wife knows the "truth".

Anyway I would never handle them the way he does but as you say he is an individual and he can do what he wants in his own home. I am severely mobility challenged so that's why I never get to the door first when someone knocks.

He has had some dealings with so called Jehovah's Witnesses before he knew me. He insists they used their association with the religion to deal guns and drugs. So he thinks they are a bunch of hypocrites. I told him baptized JWs would not do that but he doesn't see the difference as these people attended the meetings regularly.

LOL, well, maybe one day you'll get lucky! He won't be home, the door will be opened and/or window and you can HOLLA! at them. I've done it a couple times, just yell through the door to go away. Of course, i CHOOSE TO BE MORE DIRECT. !

I would NOT be surprised, at all.

Good morning!

Just dropped the kids off for their first day back to school. Hubby comes home today also from working way up north. (yes, there is a 'way up north' even in Canada, lol. I was watching this show about hunting for old junk/antiques stuff, and the two americans in the show were in Northern Michigan, and they were 'out in the boonies', and they mentioned that living there must be harsh and extreme, I mean, it borders on CANADA. I think I messed up the wording, but it was the tone - that insane county Canada, how DO people survive there? It was cute. LOL)

And... I think this morning - 7:30 - is the earliest I have been up all summer long!

Peace to you all,
your sister and servant, and fellow slave of Christ,
tammy

Good morning to you as well Tammy,

I always felt a relief the first day. I was so ready after a busy, crazy, noisy summer with my boys and all their friends. I sooo enjoyed the " quiet". I'd sit and stare out the window with a cup of tea and just enjoy it LOL!

Anyways, hope the school year is a good one and that hubby returns safely,
Enjoy your quiet day,
Love and peace to you my sister, Kim

:8O Snowing!!! Are you serious?

Here it is a gorgeous sunny day, going up to 75 degrees. Yesterday was a perfect day too, we had a fire last night in the firepit, the moon was so bright it was like a spotlight on us.

Lol, yep, I am serious. I heard on the radio that it had snowed in Calgary last week, but thought perhaps I had misheard until someone else confirmed it. I had a feeling we were going to get snow after that, because we can often get Calgary's weather a week or so after they get it.

There is a thin layer of snow on my van. It won't stay past today, because its not cold enough yet, but... it was something to wake up to, lol. And it is really coming down!

Peace again!

Enjoy your snow, Tammy. Don't forget I think it's harvest moon tonight. If anyone has an unblocked view as it breaks the horizon in a big red ball tonight, I would suggest you don't miss it. We have too many trees in this area, and I don't get to see it until it's high in the sky - not the same effect at all. Boo hoo. I always say I'm going out west somewhere this time of year just to watch it, but I never get to.

Good morning! If anyone keeps hummingbird feeders out, have you had an influx of birds lately? We usually only have three, but now I have to fill the feeder twice a day.

...........since we have a great cloud of wingnesses..................

I was at work last night and never checked the moon Ataloa. I don't think I'd have seen it anyway, with it being overcast and raining. But thank for the heads up. Maybe someone else caught it?

We're getting more snow today, but at least we are not in the summer snowstorm warning area. I turned the heat on in the house though. Usually I hold out until October, but... too cold to wait ; )

I realize its evening for me but I wanted to check in and hello to everyone.

I did see the moon last night and it was amazing.
Tammy, enjoy your cooler weather. I know you were tired of the heat. I'm not so sure I'd enjoy the snow, but ooh well, it is what it is! It seems awful early in the year for snow.

Dear Ataloa, your hummingbirds are awesome. I've never seen so many at one time feeding.

Enjoy your day everyone,
Love and peace to you ALL, Kim

I saw the moon, it was absolutely awesome, it was certainly a bright moonlight night. I didn't need to put on the outside light on for the dog to go out as it was brighter with the moon light. Amazing.

This is a picture of Calgary Alberta yesterday, OMG I am glad we are in Ontario

I love hummingbirds, you are so lucky to have so many.

We took down our hummingbird feeder on Monday, the birds are not coming around it very often anymore and its being attacked by dozens of wasps. I hate wasps, they come out here in August. We now have the wasp trap up instead.

Lol @ that pic, Zoe. I am 3 hours north of Calgary. It snowed here like I said, but we don't have any snow on the ground that stayed. There is some weird weather thing going on here in Alberta, and Edmonton is just outside the circle of weirdness (for now at least). Calgary is in the thick of it.

Justmom, it is too early for snow, even for us. Snow should not happen until October at the earliest. But it is what it is ; )
