Yes, the video is "Doctored".
It was meant to "Troll" Trump.

I think who ever did it, did an Awesome Job!

I'm sorry, dear HTBO (peace to you, luv!) - I thought that was obvious (I mean, would the US Military Band REALLY play "Hit the Road, Jack" for ANY outgoing President??!). Since it was on our dear Sher'f's thread (and we can obviously know his feelings about Mr. Trump), I knew he would get that. Since it wasn't supposed to be taken seriously I guess I thought (but maybe shouldn't have? Sorry!) everyone else would, too. Sorry if I "misled" you with this!
