Good Morning

They aren't doing it out of love and compassion, they do it because they have to get those hours in. The spokesperson for the Watchtower corporation is a liar, they are the ones that suggest to the rank and file the ways that they can get to people. It is not anything new though, they were doing that 35 years ago when I was in and before that, the only difference was that they just telephoned people then which was way harder to do than writing a condolence online. I refused to do it myself as I thought it was really tacky and insincere.

Absolutely, dear Zoe (peace to you, dear sister!). The "sheep" wouldn't know how to go about speaking to ANYONE... about ANYTHING (except, of course, all of their own personal "knowlege" the truth of which wouldn't fill a thimble) without their guides, scripts, canned responses, etc.
