Most JW`s wouldn`t believe the WBT$ would do anything like that, unless they saw it with their own eyes...And.....They Can!...

Poor guy. He seemed SO uncomfortable, at first. Then, the reading turned him to an account about David buying a threshing floor with his own money (never mind, David was rich, and never mind that the man he bought the threshing floor from GOT the money, not "Jehovah"), you could almost smell the relief on his perspiring forehead. That "relief" got better when he quoted Paul as telling the Corinthians they should take up their collection for the poor among them before HE got there. Which was understandable because (1) wouldn't Paul look like an utterly unchristian "fool" standing there taking from those who had little to give "in the name of" the Christ, and (2) if the collection wasn't for him, he himself would have to contribute or, again, look like an utterly unchristian "fool."

SMH.

Does any of the world's so-called "christians" EVER look at/to the Christ... vs. Moses... Paul... the Pope... their own leaders?

Never mind. I already know the answer.

A lot of people have said that, I have a different take on it.

I think he was trying to impress his Bosses for future promotions, he Needed to "Sell" that video.
He`s a "Helper" so that means he`s climbing in the Ranks.
It`s kinda like "Hamburger Helper"...And...One day he wants to be the Hamburger!

Maybe, dear Sher'f (peace to you, dear friend!). Or maybe he was/is having some cognizant dissonance and it was hitting him hard when he started out but he found some "reassurance" (that he isn't bat crazy/the WTBTS isn't a cult after all) as he read on (y'know, into the more regurgitated stuff he already knew).

I grant you, he did sound quite the "company man" by the time he finished, but he didn't seem to start out quite SO certain.
