I read it when it was first posted (by dear ANOMOS, I believe), dear Skals... peace to you, both! I did not sign it. I do not know Eunice Spry and leave her earthly fate to the state. To which is belongs... due to her violation of its laws. I leave her spiritual fate, to my dear Lord and to our Heavenly Father... to which IT belongs... due to her violation of THEIR law.

Whichever these decide as to Ms. Spry's fate is their perogative, not mine. So, I withhold my opinion... and my vote... as to what should become of her.

But before you get all indignant and get your chonies all in a bunch, please, don't for ONE second think I don't "understand" what those children experienced. You don't know me...

The petition is to keep her away from her victim, which the judge allowed her to move near in same hood.

I thought you read it. It's not about her 'fate'. It is about her VICTIMS fate, living near this excuse for a human.

IT IS ABOUT THE VICTIM SHELBY.

It's about HER fate, dear Skals (peace!): whether she goes back to the area or not. That it will EFFECT her victims... isn't really on her. That's usually how the law works: you go back to where you came from. Why? Because other areas don't feel it fair to have to take the first area's riffraff/problems. And I kinda get that. So, until the world's governments create an(other) island ('cause Australia got all filled up, right?)... or cosmic... penal colony... this is pretty much routine.

I apologize if that doesn't set well with you. I don't apologize for knowing how the law works.

Shellamar, who wonders why you're not circulating petitions asking that EVERY criminal/abuser not be allowed back in their "home" territory... 'cause that is where they all pretty much go once they've served their time... and JWs aren't the only ones who abuse children... but I get it: you're only concerned about JW abused children... okay...
