Here you go, luv (peace!) - the recorded words of my Lord, the HOLY One of Israel and Holy Spirit, JAHESHUA, the Chosen One of JAH (MischaJah):

“I am the bread of life. Your forefathers ate the manna in the wilderness and yet they died. This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that anyone may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread he will live forever; and for a fact, the bread that I will give is my flesh in behalf of the life of the world.”

Of course, the UNfaithful of Israel (consisting, at that time, primarily of the Jews) began to argue with one another, saying: “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” So [he] said to them:

“Most truly I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day; for my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood remains in union with me, and I in union with him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. It is not as when your forefathers ate and yet died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever."

The WTBTS teaches that "You Can Live Forever." Indeed, that one can be resurrected to life. Unfortunately, they LIE as to who BOTH of these can and will occur, luv. One cannot resurrect oneself... to life OR judgment... because one does not have life WITHIN oneself to DO so. Nor can one BE resurrected... to life OR judgment... UNLESS they have life put IN them. Christ does that: puts life IN folks. By putting HIMSELF... THE Life (John 14:6) in them... when he comes to and dwells, resides, makes his abode IN one (John 14:23). One cannot live forever... contrary to what the WTBTS teaches... without life IN them. That same life... that is Christ.

My Lord is recorded to say, above, that ANYONE may eat of the bread that HE is... and not die. But don't misunderstand; he is NOT talking as to the flesh. The flesh "is of NO use, at ALL"... and so will either die... or, if one is blessed to still be alive when Christ returns... be changed. What my Lord WAS talking about is the TRUE man and TRUE body... that of spirit. Because it is the SPIRIT... that is life-GIVING. Hence, HE said:

"It is the spirit that is life-giving;+ the flesh is of no use at all. The sayings that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life." John 6:63

And Paul explained:

"So it is with the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised up in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor; it is raised up in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised up in power. It is sown a physical body; it is raised up a spiritual body. If there is a physical body, there is also a spiritual one. So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, what is spiritual is not first. What is physical is first, and afterward what is spiritual. The first man is from the earth and made of dust; the second man is from heaven. Like the one made of dust, so too are those made of dust; and like the heavenly one, so too are those who are heavenly. And just as we have borne the image of the one made of dust, we will bear also the image of the heavenly one. But I tell you this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s Kingdom, nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

Look! I tell you a sacred secret: We will not all fall asleep in death, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the blink of an eye, during the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised up incorruptible, and we will be changed. For this which is corruptible must put on incorruption, and this which is mortal must put on immortality. But when this which is corruptible puts on incorruption and this which is mortal puts on immortality, then the saying that is written will take place: “Death is swallowed up forever.”

“Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?”

1 Corinthians 15:42-55

So, when we eat and drink... in FAITH... we are declaring the death of the One who will grant us LIFE... either by resurrection (the first resurrection)... OR by an instant changing... both of which occur simultaneously when he returns. Either way... by HIM.

The WTBTS teaches, however, that one can resurrect oneself. That when one dies, one pays for one's sins so that one is ENTITLED to life again. That is a lie. When one dies, one merely pays the price/cost/wage for sin. The debt is paid. But... one remains dead. One's blood cannot redeem one so that one can live... AGAIN. There is only One whose blood has such a value. To redeem himself from death, as well as ALL of mankind, should all WISH for such. Sadly, only a very few wish for such (by means of him)... because those who SHOULD have told them the TRUTH about it... have not. Most particularly, the WTBTS.

I hope this helps.

Again, peace to you!

Your servant and a slave of Christ,

Shellamar

WOW, just WOW!!! not a picture of the emblems ANYWHERE! Not on the cover of the invitation, not on the table at the Kingdom Hall. What a shame!

Just another reassurance that they are slowing " fading out" the opportunity. " out of sight....out of mind...( and heart) ....

Continually removing the constant feature, which is the daily sacrifice or covering for them.
Such great sadness. We must not be angry at these poor sheep that are sooooo misled. We must continue to align our hearts to be able to pray for them to wake up! To be given eyes to see, and ears to hear that they have been given the authority to partake of him BY HIM!
And to COME to HIM as the only true source of life by means of Holy Spirit!

Thanks for sharing LQ...
Love and peace to you all Kim

Thanks for posting the link, dear LQ (peace, luv!). A couple/few things:

First, the comment that:

"On the night before he died, [Jesus] instructed his disciples TO COMMEMORATE THE SACRIFICE THAT HE WAS ABOUT TO MAKE."

Ummmm... and HOW did he instruct them TO "commemorate" that sacrifice? And WHO did he so instruct? The comment doesn't say "his apostles," but "his DISCIPLES." Uh-ohhhh... aren't ALL Jehovah's Witnesses "disciples" of Christ? I mean, isn't that their SCHTICK? "Go... MAKE DISCIPLES..."?

Indeed, what do THEY quote as him SAYING... to his DISCIPLES?

"Keep doing this in remembrance of me."

"Keep doing"... WHAT, though? Well, not what CHRIST said. The comment continues:

"Jehovah's Witnesses invite you, your family, and your friends"... to do... what? To:

"LISTEN... TO A BRIEF TALK... !!" :8O

Not even a comprehensive talk, but merely a BRIEF one! Get in... get out. A talk about... what, though? About what Christ SAID on that night, INCLUDING what he SAID to "keep doing"? Ho, no. No, no, no, dear chikkens, no. No, THEIR "brief" talk is going to be about why Christ's death was so IMPORTANT. Thing is, that death... DON'T MEAN A DOGGONE THING... if one ISN'T IN UNION WITH HIM. And one CAN'T be in union with him... EVEN IF ONE PARTAKES... if one doesn't DO... what he said to DO:

"Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord... but do not DO the things I SAY?"

“If anyone LOVES me, he will OBSERVE (DO) my word
(what I TELL him), and my Father will love HIM, and we will come to him and make our dwelling with (with, my eye - IN!) him. Whoever does NOT love me does not observe my words (do what I TELL him)." John 14:23

Oh, but wait... it's not just HIM they ignore/disobey:

"The word that you are hearing is not mine, but belongs to the Father who sent me."

So, no, it's NOT as they lyingly teach... that if one ignores the WTBTS and what THEY say, one is ignoring God - it's if one ignores CHRIST... and what HE says... one is ignoring God. Because God SENT him; the MOST HOLY One of Israel, JAH of Armies... did NOT send the WTBTS. Or anyone IN it or connected TO it.

The other thing that struck me... along a different line, though, is, well, man, doesn't that "Jesus" look GOOD!? One would never even THINK he'd taken the "sins" of the flesh of those he healed into THAT body! Not even a PIMPLE on it! And, given the usual appearance of a Nazirite, one would never recognize HIM as one... what with the "groomed" hair an' all... but how they justify NO BEARDS, when the very one they claim to follow sports one in all of their depictions just boggles the mind. No, no, the "difficulty" of shaving doesn't fly. Men (AND women), including those of Israel... were shaving long, long even before my Lord came onto the scene. Most Egyptian men were actually clean-shaven:

Quote:
" The men were generally clean shaven. ... The beard was apparently shaved off, but during the New Kingdom statues of high officials had chin beards, which were somewhat shorter than the pharaonic beard. This mark of authority was so important that Queen Hatshepsut wore a false beard after becoming pharaoh. During the Middle and New Kingdoms the shaving was done with copper and bronze razors, metals not renowned for keeping a sharp edge, and shaving must have been somewhat of an ordeal. Only during the Late Dynastic Period did iron razors come into use. Many men entrusted themselves to professional barbers who plied their trade in public places. "

http://www.reshafim.org.il/ad/egypt/tim ... s/hair.htm

Or maybe the WTBTS folks think the Egyptian beards just GREW that way:

http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/beards.htm

Y'know... like the hair did (you've all seen the depictions of BALD Egyptians... right?).

To think: the WTBTS would have their oh-so-pristeen males follow the customs of ANCIENT EGYPT... RATHER than that of, say, a Nazirite. Goodness... the imposterism just gets worse and worse...

Goodness, this is why I can barely look at, let alone read, their trash. It's ALL lies, falsehoods, fakes, deceit, lies... fake... deceiving... lies... deceitful... fake... lies... false... lies...

Makes me sick. Literally. Well, nauseated.

Peace to you ALL... and thank you, again, dear, dear LQ, for the link!

YSSFS of Christ,

Shellamar

Good morning all who need this link for the ritual this coming Monday:

https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxqZWhvdmFoc3dpdG5lc3Nlc21lZGlhfGd4OjQ2ZDNjNjIxNTc3YzY0MDA

Here is the source:

https://sites.google.com/site/jehovahswitnessesmedia/our-kingdom-ministry-download

I'm going to be calling general counsel after a bit after the lunch hour and go over the pertinent paragraph regarding the memorials demise and the fact that no emblems APPEAR to be present.

I've read the legalities regarding taping this call. I am good to go. I will play this on 6screens this saturday at 2:30pm pacific.

On Monday, I will be able to actually talk with the SPEAKER OF THE SHENDIG and get more 'insight', er, i mean evasion and lies. And perhaps a few jws lingering about. SURELY THERE WILL OTHER NON JWS, NON ACTIVE, THOSE SEEKING RE-INSTATEMENT, DFED APOSTATES, DISASSOCIATED, FRIENDS OF CHRIST, ETC...TYPES, RIGHT? Should be a very interesting evening.

AH, I see they are prepared for the likes of outsiders:

Quote:
WEEK STARTING APRIL 7
Song 15 and Prayer

Congregation Bible Study:
cl chap. 5 ¶9-17 (30 min.)

Theocratic Ministry School:
Bible reading: Exodus 7-10 (10 min.)
No. 1: Exodus 9:20-35 (4 min. or less)
No. 2: In What Manner Will Jesus Return, and How Will Every Eye See Him?—rs p. 342 ¶4–p. 343 ¶5 (5 min.)
No. 3: Abishai—Be Loyal and Ready to Help Your Brothers—it-1 p. 26 (5 min.)

Service Meeting:
Song 124

10 min: Offer the Magazines During April. Discussion. Start by demonstrating how the magazines may be offered, using the two sample presentations on this page. Then analyze the sample presentations from beginning to end. Conclude by briefly encouraging all to become well-acquainted with the magazines and to share enthusiastically in offering them.

10 min: Do Not Forget Hospitality. (Heb. 13:1, 2) Talk by an elder. Review local arrangements for the Memorial. Suggest ways that all can show hospitality to visitors and inactive publishers who will be in attendance. Have a brief two-part demonstration. First, show a publisher before the program begins welcoming someone who received an invitation during the campaign. Then, show the publisher after the program concludes making arrangements to follow up on the interest shown by the visitor.

10 min: How Did We Do? Discussion. Invite publishers to comment on how they benefited by applying points from the article “Improving Our Skills in the Ministry—Responding to Potential Conversation Stoppers.” Ask the audience to relate good experiences.

Song 20 and Prayer

^ (Heb. 13:1, 2) Let your brotherly love continue. 2 Do not forget hospitality, for through it some unknowingly entertained angels

I hope they have really practiced those skills when I stop the conversation this week. AND when wt wants to end the call today. "but brother, have you not praticed your skill of responding to this STUMPER?" ::)) ::))

Yeah, its too close to the truth to even be funny. Great depiction, Outlaw.

As to the tract itself, I thought the same things... where people are invited to their memorial to commemorate that night... ? Commemorate how? Do what? Listen to a talk? Really? What about DOING what He actually said TO do. Eat his flesh, drink his blood... so as to remain in Him. So as to HAVE life in us. To proclaim His death BY eating and drinking of Him... not just with false and/or empty words. You have to DO as He said to DO.

"If anyone loves me, they will obey my commands. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with them."

Plus that tract is so plain, saying nothing at all about the emblems, who among non-jws would even be expecting it to be about the body and blood of Christ; unless they knew from jws or former attendance?

I am grateful (and excited, yes) to be able to obey Christ, our King, and proclaim His death and partake of His sacrifice (his blood and body)... and perhaps someone (or some few/many) may come to do the same, instead of continuing to say no to Him and His sacrifice, sadly because they are following their false teachers and false christs (false anointed), who do not know the Truth, themselves.

I mean, once they take away/abolish the daily sacrifice (constant feature), those in the wts won't even have the opportunity to stand up and partake of Christ as He said to do. At least right now some are bothered by not partaking every year, so that they can know something is wrong, even if they do try to ignore that, and are not sure what. We can know this about them- a) because some who are in her do belong to Christ and do want to follow Him and be in union with Him, so saying no to Him WOULD cause them to feel 'sick'; and b) because some xjws or fading jws have testified to having felt this way each year, when passing the emblems by.

But once that is gone, they chance that they have now to do what they are hearing from the Spirit TO do, but are too afraid of men to obey Him... will be... less, perhaps. Because they won't be confronted with the 'wrongness' of it each year. It will be easier to ignore.

We may not know how little/much time we have left before the daily sacrifice is abolished completely, but right now we still have the opportunity to go and do - in front of those who have been taught lies, and in front of those who teach lies - as Christ told us to do. It has become very important to me (and to some of you also, I know), to do with my whole heart, while there is still time TO do.

Peace to you all,
Your sister and servant, and fellow slave of Christ,
tammy

I tried to read the KM (peace to you and thanks for posting that, dear Skals)... but "got sick". The headache started right about here:

Quote:
"How to Do it"

And particularly:

Quote:
"If the householder presents an objection gently try to continue the conversation. Perhaps you can do that by commending him."

Why did this make me sick? Because of it is in OPPOSITION to what is TRUE:

John 6:65; 14:6; 15:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:5... and particularly Proverbs 26:28 and 29:5

It got worse, right about where they started talking about "gratitude," which was really curious, as dear Hubby and I had a conversation on that very topic just last night. THEIR POV, though, made me begin to feel even sicker:

Quote:
"The Memorial on April 14 presents A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO cultivate AND DEMONSTRATE gratitude for 'Jehovah's' goodness."
...
Demonstrate Gratitude:
...
AUXILIARY PIONEERING OR INCREASING OUR SHARE IN THE MINISTRY during the Memorial season is ANOTHER FINE WAY to DEMONSTRATE thankfulness.

Really. More than DOING what Christ himself SAID to do to demonstrate one's gratitude... and FAITH? Oh, but wait. It gets worse (yes, it actually could... and did!):

Quote:
"On the evening of the Memorial, AN APPRECIATIVE HEART WILL MOTIVATE US TO..."

To... what? Partake? TRULY demonstrate that we are GRATEFUL for what was done for us... by OBEYING that Christ HIMSELF said? Nope. It will motivate us to do NOTHING MORE... than:

Quote:
"welcome visitors... and make ourselves available to answer their questions."

Well, okay, then. I will take a copy of this with me... and hold them to it. As a VISITOR, I will pull it out... as soon as whoever I'm talking with decides NOT to answer my questions.

But that's as far as I could get. My stomach just "turned" at reading this melarkey... and thinking of all of the FLIPPIN' ROBOT JWs... who will not only follow this, and turn their backs on/passover Christ, THE LIFE, once AGAIN... but in their SMUG ASSUREDNESS... attempt to explain to OTHERS why THEY should do the same.

I am mad. Angry. And such feelings make me sick (to my stomach). I don't like being mad/angry. It is against my nature... and therefore "toxic" to me.

So, I really can't be reading their crap. And that's exactly what it is: corroded, crud, crap. And I make NO apologies for saying that it is.

But I most certainly wish YOU all the greatest of love and peace! Maybe some lunch'll make me feel (a teeny) bit "better." I doubt it. I am PO'd by this deceptive propaganda that is meant to... and does... mislead. EVEN, if they're not awake and paying attention... the chosen ones.

Good LORDY, folks nees to WAKE THE HELL UP and GET THE HELL OUT... of "her."

A slave of Christ,

Shellamar
