Not quite sure what your point is, dear ANOMOS (peace to you!), but I must admit that I was absolutely confused as to the report of the bombing of the Iranian embassy in Lebanon. Apparently, Al Qaeda is claiming responsibility in protest over Hezbollah helping the Syrian government.
Er... what??? Okay:
1. "We," the US, are "against" the Syrian government... 2. "We," the US... AND Israel... are "against" Hezbollah... 3. "We," the US... AND Israel... are "against" Iran... 4. "We", the US... and our "allies"... are against Al Qaeda...
But... Al Qaeda, "our" enemy"... seems to be "against" Syria, Hezbollah, and... now, apparently, Iran...
SOOoooo... given the saying, "My enemy's enemy is my friend"...
Is Al Qaeda now "our" FRIEND... due to their enmity with Syria?? Are they now ISRAEL's friend... due to their enmity with Iran and Hezbollah?
Or are Syria, Hezbollah, and Iran now "our" friend... due to their enmity with Al Qaeda?
And if they are now our "friend"... due to their enmity with Al Qaeda... is Iran now ISRAEL's "friend"?
