Golden Rule

This is not a rule per say. This is a reminder of our Lord's teaching. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Please, let us keep this in mind in how we speak to and treat one another. We are, in essence, being invited into each other's homes.

No other rule is really necessary if we follow this one. But to assist the moderators in their tasks:

1) Please be civil - no insults, name-calling or threats
2) No illegal activity or inciting of such
3) No bullying and harassment. Please start a new thread if you feel you must, but do not flood someone's thread with off-topic and unrelated posts. Do not carry angst or disagreement on one thread to multiple threads
4)Mention of or linking to related forums or personal websites are fine; however, we reserve the right to ask you to remove any link we feel is inappropriate, offensive, or a violation of any other rules. Members who choose to explore such links should keep in mind that the site contents do not necessarily reflect the views of the owners or members of this site.
5) No attacking or bashing other forum boards if you have a problem with some things/people/decisions on those boards. Feeling down and asking for support is one thing, but please do not name other boards simply to attack them.
6) No public argument about Moderator decisions. If you disagree with a decision that has been made by a moderator or administration, then you may raise your concern via PM.


We also have a few suggestions for you to keep in mind:

Try to develop a thick skin. Understand that disagreement is not attack. Please do not be quick to take offense. Doing so can (and often does) lead to the few above rules being broken.
